my boss has macbook self identifies "late 2009" , keyboard doesn't want cooperate me. i've scoured google, , havent found describing problem im having.
keyboard input, , keys input correctly (numbers [1..0]), , every key seems register (something happens in textedit/terminal) letters, function keys, , mod keys mixed up.
example: when viewing keyboard input visually, pushing right shift key trigger capslock, fn, ctrl, alt, , command.
trackpad seems entirely okay.
works fine external keyboard.
system diagnostics shows no errors, , system profiler shows no corruption 'apple internal keyboard/trackpad'.
ardently denies spills or other damage, case , keys seem in mint condition.
have advice?
