Speed test app location problem

when using "speed test" app test ipad 4g lte speed on ipad, gives me wrong location when trying switch servers. i'm in texas, , part, gives me correct closest server locations. try switch servers , closest 1 listed in kansas. else have same problem or know why occurring?

 

the speedtest.net app hasn't been updated year, whatever reading on take rough estimate, there's not can it.
