Question about pirated software and Apple's Genius Bar

seeing have no idea forum question belongs in i'll hope semi-appropriate place post such query. anyways, happen if went apple store say, macbook running pirated copy of lion? know jailbreaking iphone voids warranty (or that) kind of consequences face if genius bar employee realize had pirated os? would realize it?

record, os totally above board. i'm asking friend who's still running on snow leopard. , hey, such information might valuable come summer...

 

if diagnostics on it, realize pirated , therefor won't work on it. takes lot of balls walk in apple store pirated copy of os. dont it.
