pretty certain returning for a 32-gig, any downside in opening 16-gig?

my 16-gig delivered tomorrow. i'm i'm going return 32-gig.

pros/cons of going ahead , opening 16-gig when receive it? think have 2 weeks return it, there downsides?

 

why return when can sell on ebay profit...
