NEW OWNERS: Does your iPad overheat a little?

hello,

received ipad 3 white 32gb wifi, unfortunately, when holding in portrait mode, ipad warms (not overheat) on left, near bottom, hands be.

else notice this?

overheat? ipad telling it's overheating? or, did mean use word "warm"?
