My idea for a Notification Center addition.

here's idea improvement apple's notification center. 1 of main gripes how apple deals notifications lack of visual reminders not including lock screen. find myself browsing web, or typing hours @ time forgetting notification ever came in.
solution simple , un-intrusive. guys know glowing notification bar when in phone call or tethering? take that, , give soft, pulsing white glow. throw in api allow developers throw in logo status bar. threw quick , simple photoshop. sorry in advance ugly.
