iPhone 4S battery charging and power source

another "observation"... each of charging instances described below iphone below 20%, , charging 100%. also, iphone use same.

1. 2 consecutive days, charged iphone @ work through power surge protector/suppressor. iphone charge lasted 24 hours. thought rather strange, since i've gotten closer 36-48 hours before, not paying attention or how charged iphone. think of charging @ home, , @ work.

2. 3rd day, charged using usb port on computer. iphone lasted 48 hours.

3. next 2 days, charged @ home, straight wall socket. each time, iphone lasted 48 hours.

4. finally, @ work, charged directly through wall socket. again, iphone lasted 48 hours.

appears charging through power surge protector/suppressor has kind of effect on how battery charges... , therefore how long charge holds?

thoughts?

 

how did phone last 2 days? charged through wall , phone couldn't last day...
