iCloud backup question

how find backed-up in icloud interms of email/calendar/notes/tasks,etc?

example, can view messages inbox/sent/other folders backed-up. there a way see other items backed-up in icloud. according apple sms,imessage backed in icloud.

there way view , perform selective restore on backed-up items. how long backups kept ?. how far user can go , restore. example, can user restore email/documents, sms, imessages last 30 days.. ?

settings.app -> icloud -> storage & backup -> manage storage -> select backup

no

no, full restore only. they'll kept long enough. keeps incremental record of backups, can select older ones, dont recall how far goes. 30days little silly, users want restore recent.
