Did Facebook Save Flash?

apologize ahead of time if i'm asking redundant question, having little debate friend of mine significance of flash in mobile world, , trying point out flash becoming absolete since apps primary use on smart phones(see 25 billion downloads). anyway, remember reading few years ago how many people, on site, believes flash dying breed. wondered, "why still around after these years? still uses flash?" , realized uses flash on facebook games , such(if i'm not mistaken). guess question is, has facebook(at least in short term) saved flash becoming extinct?

 

if facebook games died along flash, happy man. hate facebook games as hate how hot computers when i'm using flash.

yes, wouldn't surprised facebook apps 1 of big contributors flash still being around.
