Did Apple buy back all iPad 2 stock?

i wondering why there has not been blow out of 32gb , 64gb ipad 2's since new ipad released. when ipad 2 came out, retailers cut price of first ipad in half , various stores , at&t having blow out sales. recall 64gb selling 499$ happen ipad 2's retailers had in stock?

 

apple still offering ipad 2 $399 model (for now). there no reason them buy stock.
