Att gave me the wrong number? Can this be fixed?

hello macrumors! bit bullet , ordered iphone 4s!!!
super excited due fact i've been wanting ipone since first gen. sadly, either broke or stuck tmobile

contract has ended have ordered 64gb iphone 4s white!

quick question however. received email att confirming order. , in email states "wireless number" , there gave me number not pertain area code. able fix @ local att or apple store? , chances charged it?
