friend , making video. editing on imac, able export in .m4v need in .flv format. can tell me way this?

in application edit on windows pc (is one?)?
, why need in .flv format? final product , uploaded to?
imovie can export in lot of other formats, though flv not 1 of them. that, can take @ this thread.
