Price Advice Two Mac Pro's (2006 and 2009)

my 2006 mac pro 2.66ghz version, 13gb ram, ati 5770, 1tb hd. still runs , hoping $1300-1400 it. off base there? on ebay selling prices over, new card in , ram should fetch price.

i've looked @ mac2sell.net many times results gives few hundred more typically see on ebay.

thoughts?

edit: removed bit 2009 macpro, i'm gonna keep think.
