No LTE for AT&T 2 gig plan

spent last 2 hours severeal different people @ at&t , appears while can transfer 2 gig data plan on ipad 3 can't transfer lte access.
unsure before if should verizon ipad or stay at&t. at&t made decision easier. going go apple store later today , exchange verizon.

i'm pretty sure saw 2gb lte option on signup screen on ipad. did try that?

correction: 250mb, 3gb , 5gb (and unlimited grandfathered in). options lte access. no 2gb option. sorry.
