Next action in BTT(BetterTouchTool)

does know why next action doesn't work in bettertouchtool.
'next' means action happens when hit f9 key on keyboard.

have 3 finger tab right set next. convenient. scroll through web or whatever , want next song because current 1 isn't great. real easy , convenient.

it work itunes not spotify, though f9 key works. doesn't make sense shouldn't same interrupt. don't see solution maybe can think of or test it. maybe oddity not btt's fault other program causes keyremap4mac.
don't want go through hassle of uninstalling latter if problem has btt.
