launchd overlapping jobs

i'm new launchd, hear it's new cron, need setup repeating job. need run script once per hour, on hour. script takes 1 hour , 55 seconds run, , piles up, launchd getting backlogged. mean is, after 10 hours, script being run 10 minutes late. how can make start next job before old 1 completed fix this?
