Iphone 4s 5.0.1 - black keyboard wanted

i've scene screen shots of keyboard looks keyboard of macbook pro, none of themes have downloaded work through winterboard. i've activated them, unactivated them, reinstalled them, cut on summerboard, cut off summerboard.

have suggestions? maybe there's cydia app haven't found . . .
