it's estimated apple has sold 55 million ipads date. given average bom vs average selling price, it's safe assume they've made in range of $22-$25 billion ebita on product segment alone in 22 months.

in same span sold 146 million iphones making approx $58 billion cash alone.

apple's current stated cash pile $90 billion guess they've plowed huge amount of $80 billion purchasing bulk components , icloud datacenter expenditures.
