Fried Iphone Charger?!

hey guys, charged phone last night , woke burnt iphone charger. i've charged phone outlet charger multiple times. has happened else? if so, how did handle it? did apple rep? have caused this?

you'll find number of threads happening. it's either due dust getting between dock , phone or it's due hardware malfunction. take apple store , they'll give new one.
