Cant click safari in page PDF buttons

i work on website have fill out pdf forms , hit buttons within pdf page submit , save document.

safari used allow me this. , between new safari update or upgrade lion osx no longer able so. possibly plug in issue? buti not sure this.

on appreciated.

downloaded firefox attempt easy solution. when click link open pdf task opens document in preview not webpage if helps.
