Smudge Lines

hello,

not sure if has problem , not sure if worth returning over, on ipad there seem 3 smudge lines home button side camera side. 1 @ top, 1 in middle , 1 near bottom. super visible when ipad screen off. , tried cleaning them off nothing.

ideas on is? or should do?

in experience it's been dust, , cloth wipes them away.
