Apple store never lost focus of the consumer

the apple store packed , yet made me feel 1 there. excellent costumer service. not troll or fan boy, satisfied costumer. apple

 

i felt way. provided hot chocolate, coffee, , water. apple employee came every person in line asking if had questions. greeters @ front of line shook everyone's hand, asked name was, , tried know you. inside made me feel important , 1 there. happy , cheerfull @ 8 in morning. i'm glad got experience instead of waiting delivery truck. thank apple!
