Safari caching and push email questions

hi all,

have couple of questions:

1. when browsing, on forums, after read thread , click back, safari shows me older page of thread list, here on macrumors. thread list on month old. know how can turn off caching displays latest page or @ least page showing me before clicked on thread?

2. there way stop push email when i'm @ work , re-enable when leave? have push enabled work email can notified @ home have turn off manually right when go in, otherwise ends pinging day.
