have question people may have researched it. while getting phone call, can u start application? , use it? app in background, or limited?

yes. press home button while in phone call. can launch other app. return phone call, press status bar @ top of screen (it'll pulsing green text "press return call"). limitation can't use cdma network while on phone call. (like verizon or sprint.)
