Request to increase number of posts per page

this directed @ site admin(s). nice if maximum posts per page option in control panel higher 40 (to maybe 80 or 100) because helps viewing long threads. often, there many members posting @ specific time replies separated onto different pages, making hard follow conversation without clicking , forward. thank consideration!
