dad iphone used apple id purchases on app store , apple id set icloud although have not checdk off of boxes yet use it.
older son-using apple id buy apps , set icloud under apple id him. told keep apps , contacts , songs off phone. is correct? have not check off of boxes on icloud either. did check contacts , listed on 600 , has 60 on phone canceled? once contaxct uploaded icloud if wrong can delete them?
younger son-afraid update ios becasue had 70 apps dont want on phone. since still on older ios, icloub not set him. ising apple id purchase apps.
confused how icloud, apple id related. want apps , music , contacts/calanders phone owner sent owners phone.
the apps sit on computer , when sync, can choose apps (or music or videos) transferred whichever machine. sharing apple ids creates logistical problems (and contacts 1 of not defined areas) apps etc. wouldn't worry about. newest son upgrade ios , set own apple id icloud. doesn't mean what's on there under different apple id (dad's) lost. means when app updates, need more 1 password update...
