MacBook Pro not accessing internet.

we changed internet provider , since, it's been bit dodgy on macbook pro.

connects internet fine (as now) (3 or 4 times day) it'll die. laptop says it's still connected network, can't access websites or use itunes store, etc.

i'd have assumed network down if weren't able access on phone. blackouts last 20 60 minutes.

suggestions? thanks.

 

can still connect router when happens? open router's homepage , see if says connected.

post answer tell if problem internal network or problem isp.
