what's ipad app if want able store .doc on dropbox account can edit word on mbp or on ipad?

want ensure doc in sync no matter make changes whether on computer or ipad.

onlive desktop (free) access dropbox through ie; download , open files in provided ms office suite; when done save , reupload dropbox again through ie. clunky it's free.
