ipod touch will not remember my network!

hello
ipod touch 4th gen. refuses remember network wifi @ home. have blackberry tablet remember network! ipod. every time turn off or take away home, have re-enter password. set join networks automatically. friend has identical ipod touch , campared our settings , exact same. not have enter password time. checked linkseys settings , ssid set enable.
can me? please , thank you!
