iPhone won't turn on / restore

i've got 4s won't turn on, i've put dfu mode , won't restore either, 1600 error. don't understand happened, took out pocket , off (or seemingly).

4s not listed in signature, assume have got it.

did may need go shop, or arrange appointment local apple store outlet.

state in i.e. stock or jailbroken ? 5.0.1 or 5.1

error 1600 seems relate when trying update jailbroken device newer firmware. plenty of utube videos on workarounds on this, cannot vouch of them have used them, try @ own risk !!
