iPhone not syncing properly with iTunes - Jailbroken

my 4s not syncing itunes. beforehand (also jailbroken) restored , rejailbroke absolutely no errors. i'm getting "itunes cannot sync apps iphone "daniel's phone" because apps installed on phone not determined"

in addition i'm getting wifi connectivity issues.

ideas? i'm on 5.0.1
