iPhone 3G, Did Factory Reset, Now Can't Get Past 1st Screen

hey guys. bought new 4s , wanted reset 3g factory settings , give father. did factory reset , i'm stuck. i've attached (2) pictures thread can see i'm looking at. basically, can't figure out how past these (2) screens. tried calling/chatting apple support want serial # can't unless can past these (2) screens , don't have paperwork 4 years ago. assistance or advice great....thanks, dick
