Instacast networking behavior

i got couple days ago , better dealing podcasts in ipod app having couple of small problems.

when on wifi error on refreshing "waiting on wifi download file". have set not download on 3g don't know why doesn't see wifi connected @ time, can web pages etc.

today telling me "no internet connection" reasons unknown. every time refresh today worked fine yesterday.

know on wifi can see time capsule in airport utility.
