How to Stop Google Voice From Intercepting Voicemails?!

my mom went droid 1 iphone 4s , has never received voicemail due stupid google voice! i've tried going on gv on gmail , there's no way disable on there. way think of switch droid day, change verizon's voicemail service, , switch back.

know easier way this? thanks!

 

call service provider. had droid through sprint , when got iphone didn't vim few days. found out had call sprint , fixed it. took @ 5 min.
