How do I disable the internet in Windows/Parallels?

i want disable internet windows 7 running in parallels. reason: i'm tired of million apps asking me update , slowing down/checking updates. there way still keep parallels online though don't miss updates? , don't want disable internet mac os. otherwise, i'd turn off modem.
