Downgrade help

all grief started when upgraded 5.0.1 after having stable 4.1
phone beginning restart every often, without provocation

if downgrading option it.
dont understand jargon/procedure written on forums have read far ....maybe im missing of commonly assumed steps.

give me 101/step step/ dummies style procedure downgrade.

have shsh blobs saved 4.1, 5.0.1, using 3gs 5.0.1, bb 6.15.00
