Can't decide about which camera panasonic ac160 or canon xf300

hi guys,

can't make mind on camera buy. far have been reading reviews on both cameras. today did have canon xf 305 in hand. @ sammy camera looking @ camera. need see panasonic ac160. both cameras can't make mind. advice has camera already.

i believe panasonic 720p while canon 1080p? looking camera?
canon has nicer view finder.
panasonic can have faster/more storage.
