okay have problem having multiple calendars , i'm running problems duplicate calendar reminders. here's situation right now:
1. work = exchange/outlook
2. phone work/personal = iphone 4s
3. personal calendar = google calendar
problem i've made transition in computing life on last 4 years windows android mac/ios. have imac here @ house , love it. may getting macbook work, i'm not sure yet i'm still stuck windows 7 machine using outlook 07.
may asking "why using google calendar when have either exchange or ical?". well...the reason because wife puts our family calendar in google calendar because on windows 7 machine , doesn't have iphone or anything. that's reason use google calendar. i'm trying figure out start putting calendar appointments sync across devices.
still receive exchange/outlook calendar appointments @ work, i'll need able receive , have sync iphone. i've got these options icloud , stuff i'm literally going crazy trying figure out need put appointments. want away google calendar, how able put appointments our family calendar? there method stuff in icloud or without having ios device or imac?
help!
i think leave icloud out of mix.
have mac @ home, exchange @ work, android phone . . use gmail personal email. have both gmail , exchange accounts on phone. gmail sync's mac mail.app (imap). work laptop exchange.
wife has mac , iphone. she's sticking gmail. sync'ing gmail mac mail, address book, etc . . . , iphone.
don't see need icloud @ point either of us.
