Fusion 3.1 blocking ports in BootCamp?

i have fusion 3.1 installed. windows7 x64

programs need windows for, connect phone system via ports in teh 8000's.
have never been able these work. seemed blocking. windows firewall off. no mac firewall.

installed bootcamp. loaded , tested on bootcamp partition, works well.

went mac, , found use vmware on bootcamp image....

loaded vmware drivers, rebooted , all. accessed bootcamp image vmware, , same problem, blocking same ports...

if go directly bootcamp drive , boot, works well. if use vmware, no worky...

vmware block anything? dont see indicate that...
