Anyone having iMessage problems?

this started happening today , i'm not person experiencing it, 2 of friends iphone 4s' having same issues well, 1 of them on 5.1, other on 5.0.1, running 5.1

problem is, whenever send message out each other, under message it'll "delivered" couple seconds, it'll switch "not delivered" in red (!) icon next it. here kicker, getting messages, , getting theirs. every single message both people saying this, , happening on phones well.

more info, running on at&t cellular data in states. forced run on wifi deployed overseas.

tried restarting phone in hopes fix issue, worse. phone not recognize friends having imessage, preventing me messaging them completely. imessage ***** today.

 

i getting issue in others in us. between iphone 4s devices. same exact problems describe , started today. rebooted well. no dice. same problem. have not found fix yet.
