Why do I have to reboot my PC all the time in order to use iTunes?

i have problem itunes: not heavy , slows pc bit, everytime close need reboot in order work again. if don't reboot , load it, freeze, won't work , won't recognize iphone.
did notice loading itunes loads few other processes: applemobiledevicehelper.exe, ipodservice.exe, , ituneshelper.exe, , after closing itunes still running, , main process itunes.exe still running. closing of them manually , loading itunes again won't help.

itunes version: 10.5.3
os: windows 7 home premium

knows how fix this? unbearable having reboot time in order use itunes.

uninstall , reinstall itunes?
