i'm moving canada england. i'm hoping can enter new address itunes, enter itunes gift card number won't have credit card initially, , that's it. able update old apps i've purchased without problem, , purchase new ones on same account or have problems , itunes ask me login canadian app store update older apps?
i'm not looking start new account up, , want use same email address.
i've seen people saying work without issue , i've seen people saying they've had problems this.

you'll fine. don't need make new itunes account. change region (from canada england) , put in english address. if aren't going use sort of debit/credit card, can use english itunes store gift cards.
assuming end using english itunes/app store in few months, you'll update apps both regions no problem.
personal experience, i'm using itunes/app store times switch japanese app store app isn't released in app store (usually apps released in every region, there couple exist in japanese app store).
1 problem may potentially encounter itunes support stopping account purchasing apps until email them unlock account. happens if you're using english itunes/app store canadian credit/debit card or vice versa. best way go gift cards.
