Issue setting up port forwarding?

hi guys, have spent day trying set port forwarding web server can accessible internet. have d-link 524 router , after following directions setting port forwarding, surprisingly didn't work. have set static local ip mac server (192.168.0.100) , have set port forwarding. reason, under "status" category in d-link's settings, says public ip provided isp 192.168.250.170, sure not, whatismyipaddress.com tells me 70.103.20.179. try fix this, tried change dynamic wan ip static , change provided public ip 70.103.20.179 one. unfortunately, did not work because isp gateway address different domain public ip.

so, guys think wrong? how can fix this?

way use xampp if matters.

 

update: have find out problem because of double nas configuration, tried tovfix port fording ports modem router (from there router port forward computer). problem when tried browse modem ip, no configuration page came up. possible modem may not have configuration page? if so, how fix entire mess?
