Mac Mini with Thunderbolt display SLOW

i have new mac mini hooked new thunderbolt display , mission control , expose runs slow. have hot corners setup , there significant lag each time use it. mac mini 2.5 i5 amd graphics. upgraded ocz ssd 8gb of ram. 1 problem? seems mac mini having trouble powering thunderbolt display

 

i experiencing too; told 256mb card in mac mini not sufficient drive thunderbolt display; im living now.
