Should I upgrade my MBP?

yes, realize there lot of threads this. , i'm sorry adding another, i'd responses tailored specific situation.

have 13" base mbp. handles need , works awesome.

recently, i've been using cousins 15" mbp , love screen! 2" makes difference, , since i'd rather not upgrade every year - (which i'd doing if sold 13" mbp) i'd rather stuck 15" screen 13" 1 next 2 or 3 years.

decision comes down refurbished current gen or waiting next gen. can hold out fine next few months, on other hand don't gaming - besides few paradox , strategy games. i'll never running latest action games on computer since have consoles that. plan dive deeper photoshop in future, won't ever doing company level graphics - means groups i'm involved with.

knowing this, should wait next generation or buy refurbished mbp right now? 13" fine right now, next upgrade going worth wait? either way, should go lower tier - handle current affairs fine, or try , future proof (knowing keep computer few years) , aim little higher since while 'future proofing' may debatable...i may more gaming (never huge) or graphics editing.

last not least, i've had fleeting interest in reufbrished 17" mbp. totally unsuitable average customer, or not? had 17" pc when younger - thirteen, , never found big. again, didn't take computer many places either.

sorry rambling! know no 1 can make descision me, opinions help!

p.s. might add, don't want people thinking light web browsing / e-mail / facebook. while 13" okay right now, getting more , more involved in graphics design , game bootcamp, - , 13" lags. no, i'm not going way on head imo.

wait until refresh happens , buy refurb 17 inch.
