Tires on my Jeep Cherokee

first off, don't know tires. please help!

have 2000 jeep cherokee. rear right tire low, fill air, , approx 2 days after, goes low. need replace.

now, tires on vehicle p255/65/16. spare p245/70/16. i'm assuming can't throw on spare due different sizes.

don't have money replace 4 new ones. can buy tire matching spare size , throw on rear left? rear tires same size, , front tires size.

or can throw can of sticky stuff low tire , wait till can afford new tires?

i take in decent tire shop , have them take look. it's possible need 1 new tire should replaced in pairs @ minimum. if shop around should able find decent deal.
