so second time experiencing one....my 4s down 5% or so. plug in charge , phone instantly dies. not when battery goes dead , spinning wheel, totally dies. doesn't come on after being plugged in dead battery have manually turn on. when shows it's december 31st @ 6:00pm , battery 100%. unplug go hook itunes dies instantly. plug itunes , way recognized put phone in restore mode. that, itunes says has restore, start that, , crashes. phone won't restore. last time had go apple store fixed. has else had happen , know solution?
take back, either have bad battery, or hardware fault.
