Recover erased free disk space

hi,

having problem disk space recently, mistake, used erase free disk space feature in disk utility, "loosing" in process around 30 gb.

there way reverse process , reclaim lost free disk space (without having backup data , restore entire system? i've checked lot of forums wasn't able find solution

i'm guessing interrupted erase free space operation? erase free space file disk spare bundle files delete them when done. if stop midway leave behind files. post linked shows can delete them.
