Problems with IOS 5.1 software

may want wait install new ios 5.1 on iphone. got apple store , they're replacing iphone 3g due problems software: restore loop - usb itunes logo picture - unknown error (1).

there same problem on 4g. replacement phone ios 5.1 installed. have wait 4 days mine since 3g not in stock.
