my iphonetouch stucks on the apple logo my i

ok worked perfectley until 1 day stuck.
if connect pc after 3 hours show picture need connect itunes, when open itunes , want me install software again, rebooting self , on again 3 hours.
so, tried dfu mode. pc recognized iphone in secondes , when tried install software every time said else alot of nubmers of problems (1960 2005 3*** dont remember everything)
tried add lines "hosts" file, tried working tiny umbrella no succss, tried "fixrecovery" when starts run white lines on iphone missing files , working non-stop , says same thing "failld ce: 13"
tried ireb, tried diffrent cable , diffrent computers, , checked other iphones works on them.

have tried holding down sleep/power button , home button @ same time?

tried putting ipod touch(?) in dfu-mode on computer?
